(Almost) Daily How-To #20

Thinking: My last day of vacation kind of sucked. I’m hoping that the rest of the week will go okay and that I can get a lot of stuff done this week!

How to Annoy Me: Annoyances were two-fold today:

1. AT&T left me three voicemails over the last couple days confirming my installation for U-Verse and said that I should be home between 12 p.m. and 4 p.m. Apparently the U-Verse technician didn’t show up to work today, so I have no TV. It’s not too bad, I can wait another week. But it’s kind of ridiculous that I scheduled this appointment a month ago and they couldn’t send a person in his place. Blah!
2. A girl came knocking on my door today trying to sell magazines… this is the second time this has happened. Okay people, trying to sell magazine subscriptions to “pay for college” is a scam (click here to read an article about it).  These are the times I wish my Mormon neighbors would come visit me, at least they’re not trying to sell me stuff! LOL.

How to Make Me Laugh: I love my bird, he made me laugh today when I put a Christmas tree on his cage… yes, I am easily amused.
