My To-Do List for 2009

Posted by Kiel on Jan 6, 2009

So, my friends and I have our own version of “The Bucket List,” you know, things we want to do before we “kick the bucket.” Because hey, we’re young and could die at any moment, only the good die young, don’t you know? Ha ha!

Well, I’m a lists person, mostly because I have a very random memory… and those of you who know me can attest to that. So with that in mind, here are some things I would like to do during 2009.

Books To Read

justice-that-restores audacity-of-hope quiet-strength merechristianity

Here Are Some Books That I’ve Been Reading Off & On

john-adams witness spiritual-secret letters

Places to Visit
Atlanta, GA – Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca-Cola, Oakland Cemetery, Stone Mountain Park

St. Louis, MO – The Arch, International Bowling Hall of Fame, St. Louis Science Center, old churches around town, B.B.’s Jazz, Blues and Soups

Chicago, IL – Art Institute of Chicago, Field Museum, Shedd Aquarium

Dayton, OH – Wright-Patterson Air Force Base

Florida – I’m hoping to make it down to Florida… we shall see.

General Goals
Learn CSS and Photoshop

Spend some more time studying the Bible

Go to the citizen’s police academy to learn more about law enforcement

Do some ride-alongs with the police

Lose at least 15 pounds and keep it off

Well There Ya Go
There you have it, just some of my goals. Don’t know if I’ll get to all of them, after all, I have been pretty spontaneous and things change.  Overall, I’m looking forward to 2009… Just Bring It!

For your convenience, 3 of the 4 books on your to-read list are in the church library. :)
