What I’m Listening To: "Smile" sung by Nat "King" Cole

Accomplishment of the Week: I went home for lunch yesterday, grabbed my bike, and rode to work. Going to work wasn’t too hard, five miles in 20 minutes. But what I failed to realize was how hilly 146th Street is, going home was a pain in the butt. I don’t think I’ll ride to work again. Ha ha!

Where I’m At With My Weight Loss: I weighed in this morning at 201.5. I’m just trying to be patient, but I’m doing well. :-)

What I’m Looking Forward To: Before the weekend? I’ll get to see my mom tomorrow when she flies into town. This weekend is going to be pretty busy, but I’m looking forward to it. Indy Hamfest (ham radio, nerdy stuff) on Saturday morning, my niece’s birthday party in the afternoon, and Dave Barnes concert that night!
