What I’m Listening To: "Somewhere in Between" by Lifehouse.

Accomplishment of Last Week: Getting registered for school! I’m getting so close to graduating, which is something I’m so thankful for. I might actually be able to graduate in 2010 if I play my cards right, we shall see! Also looking forward to being on the east side more often, I will have to adjust my work schedule around my classes, but I think we can do it! :-)

Accomplishment of the Weekend: This weekend was a very productive one for me and very refreshing. On Friday night I got to hang out with Rick and Eliza. Rick showed me how to put on new brakes and rotors on my car. Saturday I ran a lot of errands and FINALLY got some picture frames (and pictures) for my room. Today I went down to my dad’s house and changed the oil in my car, later in the afternoon, I took the car to the car wash and gave it a good cleaning. So I would say it was a good weekend for me and my car.

Hanging the new picture frames kind of sucked because I’m a measure once and cut twice kind of guy… and then do it over again the right way (when I’m impatient)… ha ha! I couldn’t get the frames exactly the way I wanted them to. BUT, hopefully I will get some motivation to paint/decorate my room anyway, so I’ll have to rehang them and will do it right the second time around. I’m so thankful I got these picture frames because it gives me something to look at and remind me of how blessed I am.

Next Up to Accomplish: I’m really close to be finished with the book, A Man After God’s Own Heart by Jim George. Hopefully being in school won’t kill my love of reading and I can continue reading Surprised by Hope by N.T. Wright.

The Thing Most Likely To Kill Me This Week: Deadlines. The new site is supposed to launch on Friday, so much work to do. I will be working a lot of extra hours this week to get stuff done and so thankful for talented and awesome friends like Brad and JD who have been doing an excellent job on the design and implementation.

Quote of the Day: "The principle goal of education is to create men who are capable of doing new things, not simply of repeating what other generations have done – men who are creative, inventive and discoverers." – Jean Piaget
